What You'll Do
- Travel regularly across the North Zone to build relationships with clients and uncover new service opportunities
- Prepare and deliver accurate, high-quality proposals for service projects, engineering solutions, and asset optimization
- Support the regional service strategy by identifying growth areas and contributing to long-term planning
- Follow all internal and external compliance requirements, including safety and operational guidelines
- Act with accountability, demonstrating integrity and care for colleagues, customers, and company values
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 6 to 10 years of professional experience in technical sales or service delivery
- Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time, including to remote industrial sites
- Solid understanding of transmission & distribution and power generation sectors, particularly after-market services
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Must be based in North India and open to working from Jaipur or Udaipur
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with power generation and T&D markets in North India
- Experience collaborating with on-site teams at power plants and transmission facilities
- Track record managing multiple customer accounts—ideally over 20—through direct engagement
- Experience working with distribution partners or channel networks
- Basic knowledge of local regional languages is an advantage
