About the Role

Represent a leading name in the automotive industry as a Dutch-speaking Service Representative, delivering responsive and accurate customer support from your remote workspace in Portugal. What You'll Do

Your ability to communicate with clarity, warmth, and technical understanding will support smooth resolutions on every interaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 level, both written and spoken) is required, with a solid command of English (B2)
  • Minimum of one year in customer service or call center environments, ideally within automotive or tech-driven sectors
  • Demonstrated interest in automotive innovations and digital platforms
  • Strong organizational abilities with close attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, especially in evolving technologies and service protocols
