Service Manager - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)
Role Overview
This position is central to maintaining the reliability and efficiency of daily operations within a major financial technology operation based in Oslo. As Service Manager, you will oversee operational reporting, support stakeholder communication, and drive improvements in reporting frameworks that underpin critical banking services across Norway and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on daily operational activities to ensure consistency and performance
- Prepare and distribute precise, timely reports for both internal departments and external partners
- Act as the primary contact for operational reporting, ensuring clarity and accountability
- Work closely with business units across the organization to align reporting with operational needs
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes for greater efficiency
What We’re Looking For
You are comfortable in fast-moving environments and have a strong interest in operational workflows. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Prior experience with operational reporting and a solid understanding of daily operations in a technology-driven setting are key. You value international collaboration and are prepared to work on-site at the Operation Center in Oslo.
