RateHawk is hiring a Service Manager (Spanish) to support our top B2B partners in Spain. You will act as the primary point of contact for a select group of key partners, managing escalations, monitoring service performance, and ensuring their voice is heard across internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to person for a select group of key partners, handling escalations and solving their trickiest issues.
- Monitor ongoing cases in the CRM to ensure nothing gets stuck and step in early when needed.
- Send regular updates to clients and check in to ensure their satisfaction.
- Use tools like Tableau and SQL to monitor service metrics and prepare reports.
- Join client meetings, listen to their needs, and ensure their voice is heard internally.
- Collaborate with operations, support, and tech teams to improve service.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced level of English and Spanish – must speak and write fluently.
- Comfortable working with data and tools like CRM systems and dashboards.
- Ability to grasp new information quickly and focus on results.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and handling stress with ease.
- A strong sense of empathy.
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators.
- Experience in account or service management (B2B is a plus).
