Agilent Technologies is hiring a Service Delivery Manager for East Japan to manage the financial and operational performance of our service business. This role is responsible for fostering growth through strategic cost reductions and revenue maximization initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage the financial business performance and growth of Agilent’s service business, focusing on cost reductions, lead generation, and revenue recognition.
- Understand and meet customer needs by creating effective service offerings, delivery processes, and ongoing support structures.
- Build partnerships with other support organizations to drive profitable revenue growth and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Manage employees in the Field Service Engineer and Service Tech job families to ensure successful implementation, installation, repair, calibration, and support of customer hardware, software, and systems.
- Be accountable for meeting P&L targets.
- Consent to and meet Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent, plus directly relevant professional experience.
- Typically, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience formally or informally leading people, projects, or programs.
- Must consent to and meet Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements to gain site access.
Team & Environment
You will manage employees in the Field Service Engineer and Service Tech job families.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in East Japan.
