The Service Delivery Coordinator – Wireline Services ensures flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence for Baker Hughes' wireline operations. This role coordinates job activities to meet customer expectations and contract terms while maximizing revenue and profit opportunities across the service lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Protecting the health and safety of personnel and the environment
- Managing Tubing Conveyed Perforation (TCP) operation onshore and maintenance team
- Conducting job planning, client technical meetings, and workshop setup
- Conducting all activities in line with non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars
- Ensuring assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
- Sharing TCP experience with less experienced team members to develop future leaders
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries
- Being the primary contact for client on job preparation, execution, and close out
- Managing client relationships to ensure business success for Baker Hughes
- Being familiar with the client’s process for MOC / escalation to follow proper procedures when risks arise
- Following proper escalation process when clients request operations outside product specifications or Baker Hughes SOP
- Promptly escalating issues that can impact service delivery
- Ensuring invoices align with contract/quote to prevent revenue leakage
- Ensuring timely collection of cash
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- At least 5 years' experience in wireline service
- Capable of running TCP and logging operations
- Capable of setting up wireline base in remote area for TCP
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Technical knowledge and engineering understanding of TCP
- Demonstrate intermediate / advanced English
