Vanderlande Industries B.V. is hiring a Service Contract Manager (Parcel) to secure new business from new and existing customers. In this role, you will support customers with their obsolescence challenges through managing Life Cycle Plans and Retrofit, Modification, and Revision work, ensuring service delivery matches their expectations and evolving contracts to fulfil their needs.
What You'll Do
- Work as part of the APS UK Solutions team to ensure smooth departmental and business operations.
- Support internal teams and customers by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Parcel Sales Group Leader and Account Manager to produce an Account Plan for each customer.
- Identify sales leads within customer accounts and share them within the business for new projects, leading upgrade and enhancement opportunities.
- Manage the complete service delivery cycle.
- Evaluate customer requirements and ensure proposed solutions align.
- Work closely with the UK Sales and Commercial Team in negotiating terms and conditions for project opportunities.
- Support the bid process and manage customer expectations.
- Support the Sales Manager in offering innovative Service solutions for new projects.
