Pavago's client is hiring a remote SEO Specialist to lead organic search growth. You will own the complete SEO function, from technical audits to content optimization, delivering measurable traffic growth and improved search rankings across all digital properties.
What You'll Do
- Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner to identify growth opportunities
- Perform comprehensive site audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or SEMrush to identify technical issues
- Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, schema markup, and internal linking structure
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with keyword research and user intent mapping
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance for better user experience
- Build ethical link-building strategies through guest posting, PR outreach, and partnership development
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics via Google Analytics and Search Console
- Create weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to execute SEO strategies
- Provide SEO guidance during website redesigns, migrations, and product launches
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years hands-on SEO experience with proven organic traffic growth results
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and conversion tracking setup
- Experience improving rankings for competitive keywords with measurable results
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Excellent written English communication skills for content optimization and reporting

- Experience with international SEO and multi-language sites
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth content environments
