About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outreach campaigns to boost search rankings, identifying high-impact backlink opportunities, and working closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all published material.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-quality backlink opportunities from authoritative websites
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry bloggers, journalists, and webmasters
- Create outreach strategies tailored to different content types and target audiences
- Track and report on the success of link-building campaigns using analytics tools
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize SEO performance of published assets
- Conduct competitor analysis to uncover new outreach and content opportunities
- Manage outreach pipelines using CRM or project management tools
- Ensure all outreach complies with search engine guidelines
- Monitor domain authority trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Produce regular performance summaries for stakeholders
- Stay updated on changes in SEO algorithms and digital marketing trends
- Optimize anchor text distribution across backlinks
- Support internal teams with SEO recommendations for external content
- Pitch content assets to relevant websites and online publications
- Maintain a database of outreach contacts and campaign results
- Use keyword research to inform outreach targeting
- Coordinate with designers and writers to produce linkable assets
- Evaluate potential partnership opportunities for SEO value
- Implement scalable outreach processes to increase efficiency
- Address and resolve issues related to toxic backlinks
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on SEO or digital marketing experience
