Directive Consulting is looking for an SEO Manager to own strategy and execution for our Enterprise clients. In this client-facing role, you’ll create custom strategies, manage day-to-day deliverables, and communicate directly with key stakeholders to drive marketing success.

What You'll Do

Create and implement custom strategies using client goals, campaigns, and historical performance to achieve key non-service metrics.
Craft creative briefs and compelling content campaigns based on competitor and audience insights.
Analyze data from Google Analytics, CRM, SEMRush, and Ahrefs to set and present client goals.
Manage projects using Asana, delegating tasks and ensuring timely, high-quality completion.
Build relationships as the primary communication interface with clients, proactively sharing timelines, progress, and changes.
Report bi-weekly on progress and deliver monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual business review presentations.
Identify and pursue opportunities for client growth, including upselling service lines, increasing budgets, and securing referrals.

What We're Looking For

A proven track record implementing SEO principles and content strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Ability to analyze website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
Strong communication skills with comfort in client-facing roles and owning key stakeholder relationships.
Strong familiarity with industry tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools.
Proven organizational, project, and time management skills.
Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO, and content.
Must have agency experience.
Must have B2B tech and/or SaaS experience.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with an Associate Director (AsD) for strategy approval and roadblocks, and partner with Project Managers, content writers, and designers, reporting directly to the AsD.
