You will take technical responsibility, analyze complex client needs, and develop solutions based on best practices within a growing team focused on digital excellence.
What You'll Do
- Holistically support SAP SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Tracking projects from conception to go-live.
- Take technical responsibility within your own topic or project stream, collaborating closely with project management and the team.
- Analyze complex customer requirements and develop suitable solutions based on best practices.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, requirement gathering, and effort estimations.
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of professional experience, ideally in consulting with a focus on HR and/or IT projects.
- Experience in the HR cloud environment, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in the area of Time Management / Time Tracking.
- Willingness to travel and very good German language skills.
Nice to Have
- Corresponding SAP SuccessFactors certification.
- Knowledge of other modules, such as Employee Central.
