Lead the client journey from onboarding to optimization as an Implementation Consultant for a global SaaS platform. You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand their goals, configure tailored solutions, and ensure seamless adoption of the technology. Your role is central to shaping how organizations leverage digital capabilities to meet their objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to system configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, translating business challenges into functional solutions
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices
- Deliver hands-on training and documentation to ensure client teams are confident and self-sufficient
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders by consistently delivering value and anticipating future needs
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to support new business opportunities and enhance solution offerings
- Develop reusable frameworks, share insights through internal knowledge bases, and contribute to thought leadership in digital transformation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience implementing enterprise software solutions, preferably in digital or social technology environments
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong communication and presentation abilities
- Background in consulting or client-facing technical roles within large-scale organizations
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, web technologies, and system integration
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design practical, scalable solutions
- Self-directed problem solver with excellent judgment and the ability to influence without authority
- Willingness to travel up to 30% annually, as needed
- Current and unrestricted work authorization in the country of employment
