QA Wolf is looking for a Senior Webinar Producer and Host to own our webinar program from concept to results. You will be responsible for delivering one high-quality, lead-generating webinar per month, translating complex topics into engaging narratives for our B2B SaaS audience.
What You'll Do
- Own QA Wolf’s monthly webinar program end-to-end, delivering one high-quality, lead-generating webinar per month.
- Develop webinar strategy including topics, formats, titles, and positioning aligned to target audiences and pipeline goals.
- Serve as the on-camera host and moderator, confidently representing QA Wolf and leading live conversations.
- Plan and execute all webinar preparation including run-of-show documents, scripting, speaker prep, and rehearsals.
- Translate complex or technical topics into engaging, accessible narratives for a B2B SaaS audience.
- Manage all webinar logistics including platform setup, recording, and live execution.
- Partner with Demand Gen, Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure webinars support lead and pipeline goals.
- Ensure consistently high production quality across audio, video, pacing, and overall experience.
- Repurpose webinar content into follow-up and downstream assets in collaboration with Content and Growth teams.
- Track performance, share insights, and run experiments to continuously improve webinar impact.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience producing and hosting webinars for B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of owning webinars end-to-end, from concept to live execution to results.
- Demonstrated experience serving as an on-camera host or moderator, confidently guiding live conversations.
- Strong understanding of how webinars drive lead generation, demand gen, and pipeline.
- Proven ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, compelling on-camera narratives.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing timelines, speakers, and live events with minimal oversight.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience partnering with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales teams.

- Familiarity with webinar platforms, live streaming tools, and basic post-production workflows.
