Hire Hangar is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through a balanced mix of outbound and inbound sales activities. This role is for a seasoned professional who can work independently and act as a mentor.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach.
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification.
- Set and manage sales appointments and product demos.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data.
- Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies.
- Support onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Asana; candidates without remote work experience will not be considered.
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies.
- Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motions.
- Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills.
- High level of self-motivation and time management.
Nice to Have
- Experience across multiple industries or sales environments.
- Exposure to CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting.
- Experience mentoring or leading SDR teams.

- CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Dialers and sales engagement tools.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
