Hire Hangar was looking for a Sales Development Representative

Hire Hangar is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through a balanced mix of outbound and inbound sales activities. This role is for a seasoned professional who can work independently and act as a mentor.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach.
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification.
  • Set and manage sales appointments and product demos.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM data.
  • Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies.
  • Support onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Asana; candidates without remote work experience will not be considered.
  • Experience working with US or UK-based companies.
  • Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motions.
  • Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and time management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience across multiple industries or sales environments.
  • Exposure to CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting.
  • Experience mentoring or leading SDR teams.

Technical Stack

  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Dialers and sales engagement tools.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and task management tools.

Work Mode

This is a remote position, open to candidates globally.
