Hire Hangar is hiring a Sales Development Representative to support our growing healthcare-focused sales team. This inbound role is ideal for a motivated and coachable individual early in their sales career.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and route opportunities appropriately
Schedule appointments and product demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM
Follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely engagement
Learn and articulate the company’s healthcare-focused value proposition
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion

What We're Looking For

Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role
Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone
Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

Nice to Have

Exposure to healthcare, medical services, health tech, or insurance environments
Experience handling inbound sales or customer inquiries
Familiarity with appointment setting or lead qualification processes
