Every is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor accountable for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and the retention and expansion of an existing book of business. You will consult on and coordinate comprehensive wealth management strategies for individuals, business owners, and families.
What You'll Do
- Lead the client relationship team and ensure client access to all firm resources and solutions.
- Work with specialists like Client Managers and Investment Advisors to assess client financial situations and goals, determining solutions through financial planning.
- Prioritize short-term and long-term client needs based on your analysis.
- Lead development of sales strategies to grow the client base and promote the full array of financial services.
- Coordinate team communication and activities, recommending wealth solutions utilizing specialists.
- Manage pipeline and activities to ensure sufficient prospect opportunities move through the sales cycle to meet sales goals.
- Lead client relationship review discussions with committee and manage relationships to ensure client goals are achieved.
- Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls per Company or regulatory standards and policies.
- Promote an environment supporting belonging and reflecting the brand.
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit and regulatory points.
- Meet and maintain registration requirements under the Federal SAFE Act.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years’ sales experience in the financial services industry.
- In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 13 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the high net worth or ultra high net worth client segment.
- Proven track record of implementing wealth management strategies.
Nice to Have
- Securities licensing, or certifications such as CFP, CTFA, or CPA.
- MBA (Master’s degree in Business Administration) or JD (Juris Doctor).
Team & Environment
You will lead the client relationship team and coordinate the activities of specialists such as Investment Advisors and Financial Advisors.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation Range: $159,570.18 - $265,950.31 Annual (USD)
