Scale Army is hiring a Senior Volume Recruiter to drive our high-volume recruitment for global BPO and call center operations. You will be at the forefront of our rapid scaling efforts, sourcing and closing hundreds of agent-level positions every week in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of BPO and call center roles, including sales agents, customer service representatives, and appointment setters.
- Manage large candidate pipelines and conduct high-volume screening to meet aggressive weekly hiring targets.
- Run fast-paced discovery calls to evaluate communication, aptitude, technical fit, soft skills, and English proficiency against global client standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and account managers with urgency and precision.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, assessments, and job expectations to minimize no-shows and dropouts.
- Track all recruitment activity using our ATS and internal dashboards, ensuring data accuracy.
- Meet and exceed weekly hiring KPIs.
- Own the candidate experience from first outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven high-volume recruitment experience in BPO, call center, sales agent, or customer service roles—no exceptions.
- Strong knowledge of the LATAM and African talent markets.
- Experience working in fast-paced recruitment environments with high pressure and weekly targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle 100+ candidates while consistently hitting your numbers.
- Strong candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify top-performing agents within minutes.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, bulk outreach tools, and high-volume recruitment workflows.
- Native-level or near-native English proficiency.
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and proactive personality.
- Comfort working fully remote, independently, and under tight deadlines.
- Proven experience communicating directly with clients to understand requirements, report progress, and ensure service delivery expectations are met.
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for appointment setting, outbound sales, or English-speaking offshore call center roles.
- Familiarity with remote recruitment best practices for LATAM and international call center markets.
- Experience working with Ashby ATS.
