Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of our content by scripting, filming, and presenting both short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Vimeo, and social media platforms.
- Take ownership of the video strategy, managing the entire process from concept to publication, with the freedom to experiment and innovate.
- Create educational and inspiring videos focused on Google Ads and nonprofit marketing topics, with training provided on the subject matter.
- Build and nurture a consistent, engaged community of nonprofit leaders who view Getting Attention as their primary resource.
- Produce polished, high-quality videos using editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, with AI tools available to assist where beneficial.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of professional video experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Confidence on camera with a personable and engaging presentation style.
- Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated success in leading and executing video strategy, not just production.
- Proficiency with YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and video editing software.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Graduate from a top university (UP, DLSU, Ateneo, UST) with a high general weighted average.
- Eagerness to grow into roles within the nonprofit and digital marketing sectors.
- Motivated, quick to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with scripting and storyboarding is a plus.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about the nonprofit world.
