Paired is seeking a Senior Video Editor to work remotely with a US-based startup client. The role involves editing multi-cam, unscripted footage to create engaging content, collaborating with a team to release over one video per week, and potentially managing junior editors as the team scales.
What You'll Do
- Edit multi-cam footage with separate sound to create engaging, polished videos.
- Collaborate with the team to release more than one video per week.
- Manage and mentor junior editors as needed, ensuring consistent quality and meeting deadlines.
- Work with unscripted, freestyle content to create compelling narratives and maintain viewer engagement.
- Conduct trial edits to demonstrate proficiency and alignment with our creative vision.
