Paired is hiring a Senior Video Editor for a DTC Brand (US-based/Remote)

Paired is seeking a Senior Video Editor to shape the creative voice of our high-growth beauty-meets-science DTC brand. You’ll join a fast-paced team where you'll create social-first, performance-driven video content that directly impacts growth.

What You'll Do

• Edit a wide range of performance-driven video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and high-visibility campaigns.
• Work across vertical short-form ads and horizontal long-form pieces.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to concept, refine, and deliver assets optimized for engagement, click-through, and conversion.
• Incorporate performance feedback into rapid creative iterations.
• Elevate raw footage with expert color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to match the brand aesthetic.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience editing high-performing social ads (portfolio required).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, pacing, and storytelling styles.
• Experience with color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Deep understanding of direct response creative, performance marketing, and e-commerce ads.
• Self-start and take a concept from idea to final export with minimal hand-holding.
• Confidently choose the right clips, music, sound effects, captions, and pacing for maximum impact.

Nice to Have

• Bonus points for DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
