Dev Partners is looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape the future of a SaaS platform for real estate investors and house flippers. You will design user experiences that transform complex deal analysis into clear, efficient, and scalable workflows.

What You'll Do

Understand the target audience of real estate investors and house flippers.
Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive design solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for property deal scanning, analysis, and tracking.
Define clear interactions for carousel, list, and detailed deal views.
Ensure seamless workflows for filtering, editing ARV/rehab values, and saving deals.
Develop high-fidelity mockups and style guides for a professional, modern SaaS product.
Design responsive layouts optimized for both desktop and tablet use.
Establish a consistent design system for colors, typography, icons, and components.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation.
Iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders and test users.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for SaaS or complex web applications.
A strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, real estate/fintech, or data-heavy applications.
Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
Ability to translate complex data into clear user flows and interfaces.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with developers and stakeholders.
