DCX seeks a Home-Based Senior Graphic Designer to partner with a U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping brand strategies, creating compelling visuals, and contributing to new product development, all while mentoring and guiding fellow designers.
What You'll Do
- Develop original designs tailored to client specifications, brand identity, and project requirements.
- Create graphics and layouts, including product illustrations, logos, and pre-production artwork.
- Ensure creative outputs align with imprint and decoration method limitations for promotional products.
- Conceptualize and execute design strategies within given resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Review and refine final layouts, providing creative recommendations while maintaining brand standards.
- Oversee design projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with clients, interpreting their ideas and managing expectations.
- Perform additional design-related and team-support tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time (aligned with U.S. hours).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience leading creative teams and developing brand concepts.
- Strong skills in visual design, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility, originality, and creativity across different mediums.
- Ability to mentor and guide other designers, fostering collaboration and growth.
- In-depth understanding of design principles, visual composition, and brand consistency.
- Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
