EX Squared is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to own and drive our global marketing vision and strategy. You will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that fuels demand, builds brand authority, and accelerates company growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the global marketing strategy, setting clear objectives and key results.
- Own the demand generation engine, driving pipeline growth through integrated campaigns.
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all channels and markets.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
- Establish and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product marketing and go-to-market strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior executive role (VP/SVP/CMO).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies for B2B technology companies.
- Deep expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and brand building.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be prepared to lead a distributed team and collaborate effectively across time zones.
