Keylane is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to deepen the understanding of our customers, users, and product ecosystems. In this role, you will shape how insights are uncovered, direction is validated, and product decisions are informed across our portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Lead generative and evaluative research projects across product teams.
- Build and maintain research operations, including repositories, templates, and taxonomies.
- Translate insights into artifacts that influence product strategy and roadmaps.
- Support usability and accessibility improvements across product experiences.
- Combine qualitative insight with product data and market understanding.
- Guide product teams in problem framing and continuous discovery practices.
- Mentor designers and product managers on research techniques and evidence-based decision making.
- Drive a user-centric culture by socializing findings in compelling, strategic ways.

This role is part of the UX function, reporting to the Head of UX.
