What You'll Do
Help define the future of digital product experiences for a global audience of small businesses. You’ll design intuitive, scalable solutions that span multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and usability across every interaction. Your work will directly influence products used by millions, combining innovation with measurable outcomes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-disciplinary teams to shape the evolution of the product interface. You’ll balance high design standards with agile development practices, delivering refined experiences while supporting rapid iteration and testing.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer in a digital product or consumer-facing tech environment
- Demonstrated success in designing large-scale digital experiences, as shown in a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies across digital platforms
- Experience using customer data, A/B testing, and personalization strategies to inform design decisions
- Ability to maintain design quality while aligning with minimum viable product (MVP) testing cycles
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective relationships across technical and business teams
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional visual design sensibility
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Familiarity with machine learning applications in design contexts
- Background in retail, content strategy, or merchandising systems
