Asana is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the Value Discovery team. In this role, you will design how Asana adapts to unique workflows for high-value industries, owning the 'Value Discovery' engine to create in-product guidance and evaluation environments for enterprise leads.
What You'll Do
- Design the infrastructure and in-product guidance that helps users discover 'the next best action' for self-service teams.
- Lead design execution for key customer segments, building capabilities that serve a client’s revenue needs end-to-end.
- Develop sophisticated ways for Enterprise leads to test-drive complex configurations to reduce time-to-value.
- Shape how users encounter and evaluate Asana through conversational AI interfaces.
- Use product telemetry, UXR, and customer feedback to identify why accounts become 'unhealthy' and design product levers to return them to high-growth usage.
- Partner with the broader Asana Design community to evolve design patterns and principles for AI-first activation and onboarding.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8+ years of product design experience.
- Proven track record leading difficult, ambitious, and ambiguous initiatives in B2B SaaS or complex consumer products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of onboarding, activation, or growth-related experiences.
- Ability to make the complex simple and evangelize design visions.
- Fluency using research and data to inform design decisions, including A/B testing.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Ability to tackle complex problems with little coaching and work collaboratively with PMs, engineers, and data partners.

You will be the design lead for the Value Discovery team, partnering directly with a Senior Product Manager and 5 engineers.
