What You'll Do
Shape the future of product design by building and guiding a team that prioritizes strategic impact and risk-aware design. You’ll lead by doing—owning end-to-end user experiences for critical product areas while fostering a culture of rapid learning and user validation.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering from the earliest stages to define direction and reduce uncertainty before development begins. Champion continuous discovery, using deep user engagement and behavioral data to uncover friction and drive meaningful improvements.
Establish usability as a core success metric through fast, iterative testing. Evolve the design system to support scalable, maintainable solutions, and explore how AI and modern tooling can accelerate design processes without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Design, with substantial experience in B2B SaaS, data analytics, or healthtech platforms
- Proven track record mentoring designers and expanding their strategic influence
- Success operating in fast-paced, resource-limited environments using lean methods to validate ideas quickly
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand data architecture implications
- Extensive experience with user research and rapid prototyping, capable of validating concepts in hours or days
- Comfort using product telemetry and metrics to shift focus from feature delivery to user outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, privacy, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics platforms, or marketing technology ecosystems
- Experience developing or scaling design systems in growing organizations
- Exposure to AI-driven design or development workflows
- History of advising executive teams on long-term product vision
