Responsibilities

- Manage multi-million dollar monthly ad spend with a focus on efficiency and scalability
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPI, and LTV
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Optimize audience targeting strategies using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data
- Monitor platform algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Produce regular performance reports for stakeholders
- Work closely with data analysts to build custom measurement models
- Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners when needed
- Support forecasting and budget planning for future campaigns
- Identify new growth opportunities within existing and emerging ad platforms
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and competitive landscape
