About the Role

The company seeks a strategic and analytical professional to manage and optimize large-scale paid user acquisition campaigns on Meta and TikTok. The role involves campaign planning, budget allocation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of paid user acquisition campaigns on Meta and TikTok
  • Manage multi-million dollar monthly ad spend with a focus on efficiency and scalability
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPI, and LTV
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Optimize audience targeting strategies using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data
  • Monitor platform algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Produce regular performance reports for stakeholders
  • Work closely with data analysts to build custom measurement models
  • Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners when needed
  • Support forecasting and budget planning for future campaigns
  • Identify new growth opportunities within existing and emerging ad platforms
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and competitive landscape
  • Use analytics tools to track user behavior and conversion funnels
  • Implement tracking solutions and verify data accuracy
  • Drive incremental improvements in campaign KPIs through iterative testing
  • Manage campaign pacing and delivery to meet business goals
