Responsibilities
- Design and deliver photorealistic 3D models of vehicles, equipment, and other hard-surface assets optimized for real-time game engines.
- Manage end-to-end asset creation, from high-resolution sculpting to final in-engine implementation and configuration.
- Apply advanced computer graphics technologies to consistently elevate visual fidelity and production standards.
- Advance personal and team capabilities through ongoing learning, training, and knowledge exchange.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional experience as a 3D artist in the video game industry.
- Proven ability in hard surface modeling, especially in constructing vehicles and mechanical components.
- Mastery of high-polygon and low-polygon modeling techniques, UV unwrapping, and normal map generation.
- Thorough knowledge of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) texturing methods and material creation.
- High proficiency with industry-standard software: Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
- Capability to interpret technical documentation, engineering blueprints, and real-world references accurately.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Substance Designer, UVLayout, and Marvelous Designer for enhanced workflow flexibility.
- Practical experience using photogrammetry techniques to improve model realism.
- Strong sketching or concept art skills to visualize designs prior to 3D modeling.

Required
- 3+ years of experience in the game development industry as a 3D Artist.
- Strong hard surface modeling skills, particularly in vehicle creation and mechanical structures.

- Solid understanding of PBR texturing workflows and materials.
- Proficiency in Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
- Ability to work from technical documents, blueprints, and real-world references.
