About the Role
The recruiter will lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, sourcing and placing candidates in a timely manner while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to offer stage
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Ensure a professional and welcoming candidate experience
- Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation trends
- Follow up with candidates post-interview for feedback
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Promote employer brand during candidate interactions
- Use job boards, social media, and outreach methods to find talent
- Ensure compliance with company policies during hiring
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Manage multiple roles across different departments simultaneously
- Meet or exceed hiring targets within defined timelines
