About the Role

Manages federal construction initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, budget constraints, and public sector requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of federal construction projects
  • Coordinate with government agencies to meet compliance and reporting standards
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure adherence to federal acquisition regulations and safety protocols
  • Manage contracts and procurement processes for construction activities
  • Supervise multidisciplinary teams including engineers and architects
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
  • Review design plans for technical accuracy and regulatory alignment
  • Track project performance using key metrics and reporting tools
  • Ensure environmental and accessibility standards are met
  • Resolve disputes among contractors and agency representatives
  • Prepare status updates for senior officials and oversight bodies
  • Implement quality assurance procedures across project phases
  • Support change management during project lifecycle adjustments
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures for project-related digital systems
  • Oversee site inspections and safety audits
  • Manage documentation for federal reporting and archival purposes
  • Coordinate with legal teams on contract interpretation and compliance
  • Facilitate public engagement activities related to project impacts

Travel Expectations
