About the Role

Lead and optimize the delivery of Oracle-based services, managing teams and processes to ensure high performance, client retention, and continuous improvement in service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the strategy and execution of Oracle service delivery functions
  • Oversee service performance, SLA compliance, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Manage cross-functional teams responsible for ongoing service operations
  • Ensure alignment between delivery teams and client expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service processes
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions
  • Lead client-facing service reviews and escalation management
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex delivery issues
  • Develop and maintain service delivery frameworks and best practices
  • Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards
  • Manage resource planning and capacity for delivery teams
  • Optimize service workflows to improve efficiency and quality
  • Support contract renewals and service expansion opportunities
  • Lead post-implementation service transitions and handovers
  • Foster a culture of accountability and client-centric service
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent service delivery across geographies
  • Lead service improvement workshops and client feedback sessions
  • Collaborate with sales on service delivery readiness for new deals
  • Maintain service documentation and process assets
  • Drive adoption of automation and service tools
  • Ensure knowledge transfer within delivery teams
