About the Role

The role involves providing reliable administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the product and engineering functions, handling logistics, communications, and project coordination as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for team leads and project managers
  • Coordinate internal and external communications across departments
  • Organize and prepare materials for team meetings and product reviews
  • Track and maintain documentation for ongoing engineering projects
  • Assist in planning team events, offsites, and department gatherings
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for team members
  • Process expense reports and monitor budget-related documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for administrative inquiries
  • Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems for team operations
  • Support onboarding processes for new team members
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and other departments
  • Manage equipment and supply requests for team members
  • Coordinate logistics for remote and in-office team collaboration
  • Assist in preparing presentations and status updates
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items
  • Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies
  • Provide backup support during team member absences
  • Respond to time-sensitive requests with accuracy and urgency
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project and personnel information
  • Streamline administrative workflows to improve team efficiency
