About the Role
The Channel Sales Operations Manager will oversee the systems, reporting, and processes that support indirect sales channels. This includes optimizing partner onboarding, performance analytics, and sales enablement workflows to increase channel productivity and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and maintenance of sales operations workflows for channel partners
- Develop dashboards and reports to track partner performance and sales metrics
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align channel strategies with operational capabilities
- Streamline partner onboarding processes to reduce time-to-revenue
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting models specific to channel revenue
- Identify inefficiencies in current operations and recommend process improvements
- Ensure data integrity across CRM and partner management platforms
- Support contract and incentive program administration for channel partners
- Coordinate training initiatives for internal teams on channel operations
- Monitor compliance with partner agreements and program requirements
- Work with marketing to align co-branded campaigns with sales execution
- Manage system configurations in sales operations tools
- Provide insights from channel data to influence strategic decisions
- Assist in scaling operations as the partner network grows
- Standardize reporting templates for regional sales teams
