About the Role

LVT is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to drive product growth for our B2C wellness brand, MaxBeauty. You will be responsible for scaling the business through paid acquisition, managing significant budgets, and achieving key business metrics like CAC and ROAS. This role focuses on end results within an early-stage business with proven unit economics.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire new users through paid-acquisition channels and achieve target business metrics, including marketing budgets, CAC, ROAS, and GP/ROI.
  • Manage advertising budgets and optimize ad campaigns to improve unit economics.
  • Analyze performance results, identify patterns, and formulate insights for future iterations.
  • Prioritize and test hypotheses across audiences, creatives, and funnels.
  • Track changes in advertising platform algorithms and test new tools and approaches to increase effectiveness.
  • Interact with creative marketing, funnel, analytics, and product teams to improve results.
  • Make key decisions based on analysis of user behavior and metrics, taking full responsibility for the outcome.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads and other paid channels.
  • Successful experience managing advertising budgets from $300k/monthly.
  • Ability to work with analytical tools like Tableau or Amplitude.
  • Ability to analyze metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV), make data-driven decisions, find cause-and-effect relationships, and generate new hypotheses.
  • Understanding the connection between audience, creative, funnel, and product, with the ability to find patterns.
  • Ability to clearly formulate thoughts, argue positions, and make independent decisions.
  • Desire to work at a fast pace with a high level of uncertainty, where results are paramount.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for results and proactively initiate and defend proposals.
  • English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with subscription business models, lifestyle brands, or content-heavy businesses.
  • Participation in launching new directions and scaling audiences.
  • Experience with other channels like Applovin, Snapchat, or Pinterest.
  • Experience in mentoring or team management.
