SKELAR is hiring an R&D User Acquisition Manager to own the final results and drive product growth through paid acquisition for MaxBeauty, a personal self-care assistant. You will join an early-stage, scaling business with proven unit economics and have a direct impact on our success.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new users through paid acquisition channels and achieve target business metrics, including marketing budgets, CAC/ROAS, and GP/ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to improve unit economics.
- Analyze performance results, identify patterns, and generate insights for the next iterations.
- Prioritize and test hypotheses across audiences, creatives, and funnels.
- Monitor changes in advertising platform algorithms and test new tools and approaches to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative marketing, marketing and product funnel teams, analytics, and product teams to improve results.
- Make key decisions based on analysis of user behavior and metrics, taking full ownership of the results.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Experience working with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid channels.
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $300k+ monthly.
- Ability to work with analytical tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV), make data-driven decisions, identify causal relationships, and generate new hypotheses.
- Understanding of the growth loop capacity (audience → creative → funnel → product) and the ability to identify patterns.
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas, defend your position with strong arguments, and make independent decisions.
- Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of uncertainty, where results come first.
- Readiness to take ownership of results and proactively initiate and defend your proposals.
- English level Upper-Intermediate+.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with subscription-based business models, as well as lifestyle or content-heavy businesses.
- Experience launching new directions and scaling audiences.
- Experience working with additional channels such as Applovin, Snapchat, or Pinterest.
- Experience mentoring or managing a team.
