Ørsted is seeking a Senior Trader to drive trading performance and develop creative strategies across multiple European energy markets. You will play a hands-on role in shaping systematic trading approaches within our Revenue Desk.

What You'll Do

Deliver strong results from trading strategies across power, carbon, and gas markets.
Develop creative, effective trading strategies and build expertise in new and growing markets.
Take a hands-on role in developing, testing, and executing systematic trading strategies across new markets and systems.
Collaborate closely with algo developers to refine and expand automated trading capabilities.
Share knowledge proactively, support colleagues, and contribute to an international trading environment.
Continuously monitor market events and translate insights into actionable trading decisions.

What We're Looking For

Proven trading experience within an allocated risk mandate, or equivalent experience.
Strong risk management skills and the ability to take well‑reasoned positions.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, trading ideas, and systematic strategies.
Diligent, hard‑working, and thrive in close cooperation with traders, analysts, quants, and developers.
Outstanding numerical and analytical abilities.
