Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Job Architecture program, including job mapping validation, career ladder creation, job leveling calibration, change management, manager training, and launch preparation.
- Coordinate program activities and project management, ensuring deadlines are met, tracking key milestones, identifying risks and dependencies, and keeping cross-team workstreams aligned.
- Collaborate with and oversee the external Job Architecture vendor, managing deliverables and ensuring outputs match the company's program design and decisions.
- Create and update materials for business stakeholders to support the operational use of Job Architecture.
- Assist in developing career ladders and work with stakeholders on integrating job architecture into systems.
- Document job architecture principles, decision frameworks, and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability after implementation.
- Build relationships with business leaders and People Team partners to facilitate smooth validation and rollout across departments and regions.
- Provide daily compensation benchmarking support, including reviewing offers and promotions, job leveling, and compensation alignment.
- Support benchmarking and market analysis to guide compensation decisions.
- Assist with compensation cycles and off-cycle processes during the implementation period, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and auditability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance compensation processes, governance, and data quality as systems and workflows evolve.
Compensation
$55 - 65 per hour
