About the Role

Render is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to spearhead our efforts to attract and hire exceptional engineering talent. You will be instrumental in building and refining our hiring engine, ensuring we secure strong, diverse, and mission-driven individuals who align with our values and ambitions.

What You'll Do

  • Build a deep understanding of our business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and close, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate requirements, and structured interview processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage executive relationships and provide proactive hiring solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Own sourcing strategies for passive talent pipelines in engineering domains.
  • Mentor and guide hiring teams on best practices for interviewing, assessment, and decision-making.
  • Design, implement, and optimize recruitment programs to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly for Engineering roles in early-stage, high-growth tech companies.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use recruiting metrics to inform strategies.
  • Proven ability to solve complex hiring challenges, facilitate decision-making, and coach teams.
  • Experience managing high-impact roles while maintaining effective organization and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the talent market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience fostering trust-based relationships with candidates.

  • Extensive knowledge and proven success in technical hiring landscapes, especially for engineering roles.
