About the Role
The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, working closely with hiring managers to define needs, source top talent, and drive offers to closure in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical talent
- Manage candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of technical candidates
- Coordinate interviews with cross-functional teams
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Provide feedback to applicants in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Partner with team leads to forecast hiring needs
- Evaluate sourcing channels for effectiveness
- Support onboarding for successful hires
- Promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices
- Stay current on technical hiring trends and tools
