You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Security, and IT leadership to execute high-impact recruiting strategies. As a senior talent advisor, you'll diagnose recruitment challenges, design innovative sourcing approaches, influence stakeholder decisions, and ensure predictable hiring outcomes in our dynamic environment.
