About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, building relationships with hiring managers, and delivering a positive candidate experience while aligning with company growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical teams
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Manage candidate pipelines from outreach to offer stage
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Enhance employer branding through proactive outreach
  • Build talent pools for critical technical roles
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress
  • Participate in recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Stay current on industry trends and recruitment technologies
  • Support onboarding for accepted offers
  • Partner with HR on compliance and policy adherence
  • Evaluate job descriptions for clarity and inclusivity
  • Represent the company at tech events and career fairs
  • Negotiate offers in coordination with compensation teams
  • Identify process improvements in talent acquisition
  • Scale hiring strategies during periods of rapid growth

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in human resources or related field
  • Certification in talent acquisition or HR
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Prior work with remote or distributed teams
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools
  • Experience with executive-level technical hires
