About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, building relationships with hiring managers, and delivering a positive candidate experience while aligning with company growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical teams
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Manage candidate pipelines from outreach to offer stage
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Enhance employer branding through proactive outreach
- Build talent pools for critical technical roles
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress
- Participate in recruitment metrics and reporting
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment technologies
- Support onboarding for accepted offers
- Partner with HR on compliance and policy adherence
- Evaluate job descriptions for clarity and inclusivity
- Represent the company at tech events and career fairs
- Negotiate offers in coordination with compensation teams
- Identify process improvements in talent acquisition
- Scale hiring strategies during periods of rapid growth
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field
- Certification in talent acquisition or HR
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry
- Prior work with remote or distributed teams
