Devsu is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects from idea to delivery. You will maintain project health, accelerate workflows, and implement release processes across development, test, and production environments while coordinating cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

Maintain all assigned projects as profitable.
Monitor metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain high levels of team and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate product releases based on business objectives and development needs.
Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
Manage relationships and coordinate work between Devsu teams and the client.
Negotiate, plan, and manage all product development activities.
Participate in planning or change meetings to discuss estimates, product scope, and roadblocks.
Communicate project plans, commitments, and changes to stakeholders, including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in the Software Development field (e.g., as a Software Developer, QA Engineer).
4+ years of product management or project management experience in software projects.
2+ years of experience in software development, testing, or operations.
Solid understanding of project management principles.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills.
A proactive approach to problem solving.
Command of the English language, with advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

Demonstrated experience working with clients in different industries.
Experience with conflict resolution.
