Commerce (Feedonomics) is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to manage projects around our core eCommerce marketplaces automation capabilities. You will focus on improving existing products and solving new problems related to channel integrations, product listing, inventory, pricing, order management, and internal tools.
What You'll Do
- Drive multiple simultaneous projects from start to finish and deliver value to merchants on-time.
- Manage integration projects to enable services for new eCommerce channels.
- Spearhead implementation for sales pilots and onboarding of new clients.
- Manage daily activities of scope and change management, capacity planning, progress tracking, proactive risks and issues management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and deliver plans for executive audiences.
- Be an Agile Coach for the team and occasionally perform Scrum Master duties including facilitating sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Provide cross-functional visibility into status, resourcing needs, dependencies, requirements, dates, and escalations.
- Own the Go To Market process end-to-end and ensure all stakeholders are aware of their work.
- Communicate with internal and external clients to assess potential blockers and facilitate their resolution.
- Create and enforce cross-functional accountability across all business and technical groups & levels.
- Lead and inspire teams; influence everyone around you.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the PMO and across all other functions.
- Be an expert and a reference on how integration at Feedonomics works.
- Contribute to company culture and collective intelligence.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in web technologies, as a technical project manager leading medium to large software development projects.
- BA/BS degree preferred in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years experience with eCommerce channel integrations (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TargetPlus, Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, etc.).
- Must demonstrate direct experience using Agile methodologies for managing projects and coaching teams.
- Self-driven with superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow-through on tasks.
- Naturally curious, innovative, extremely creative and constantly providing ideas to optimize the process.
- Fun, charismatic, flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome.
- Pragmatic understanding of Agile, waterfall, and other philosophies & methodologies.
- Motivated and slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues.
- Positive attitude.

Nice to Have
- Project management, Agile development, process improvement/quality certifications are desired but not required (e.g. PMP, ScrumMaster, Lean or Six Sigma).
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Experience working closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Product experience in eCommerce, B2B, IPaaS, and/or SaaS.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the global Technical Project Management Office (TPMO), leading projects and programs across the company from Product Development to Marketing, Sales and everywhere in-between.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $95,000.00-$174,000.00
