We are recruiting an accomplished Senior Technical Project Manager for our Developer Programs Technical Project Management team. What you'll be doing: - Managing multiple sophisticated software development and process enhancement initiatives concurrently - Implementing ongoing improvements in project methodologies and standard approaches - Exhibiting determination and strategic influence when navigating complex collaborative relationships - Directing collaborators through uncertain scenarios, helping them define objectives, establish strategic alignment, and develop comprehensive project blueprints What we need to see: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration - 8+ years of proven experience defining and leading projects targeting technical audiences - Advanced proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and software development lifecycle, including tools like Jira - Proactive self-starter capable of effectively balancing multiple responsibilities and adapting to shifting priorities - Confident leader comfortable leveraging cross-organizational relationships to drive goal prioritization and execution - Superior verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation capabilities with genuine curiosity about clarifying details Ways to stand out from the crowd: - Demonstrated success leading complex projects involving culturally, geographically, and functionally diverse teams - PMP, Scrum Master, or additional project/program management certifications - Deep familiarity with NVIDIA Developer Ecosystem, including programs, products, and partners - Foundational knowledge of GitLab functionality, major cloud computing platforms, and large language model use cases Recognized as one of technology's most sought-after employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Salary range: $160,000 - $253,000 for Level 4, $192,000 - $304,750 for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Applications accepted until November 30, 2025.
