TetraScience is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to manage an industry-defining implementation for a single key customer in Boston, MA. You will drive urgency and extreme ownership to deliver scientific and operational value within this groundbreaking partnership.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for a groundbreaking scientific data transformation involving 10+ workstreams across R&D, manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Drive daily standup with customer stakeholders, ensuring full transparency on progress, blockers, and potential timeline impacts.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (TetraScience Sciborgs, Engineering, Customer Engagement) to deliver integrated scientific use cases.
- Manage complex technical dependencies including cloud infrastructure, product development, data engineering pipelines, and AI model deployment.
- Translate between highly technical teams and executives, ensuring alignment on both scientific outcomes and business value realization.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of Program Management experience in a Professional Services setting, implementing complex technical solutions.
- Experience managing 5 - 10+ concurrent workstreams.
- 4+ years of Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or Enterprise software experience.
- Experience delivering projects or programs within the biopharma industry to an external customer.
- Measurable past performance of efficiently managing the delivery and support of multiple simultaneous workstreams across different teams.
- Proven project/program leadership experience in an Agile, and Scrum, customer-facing deployment environment.
- Demonstrated collaborative communication and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
- Demonstrated capability to effectively engage in VP-Level conversations in a customer-facing role.
Nice to Have
- Deep experience with scientific data workflows (LIMS, ELN, chromatography data systems, or lab automation).
- Understanding of regulated environments, and familiarity with scientific instrument ecosystems and data integration challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge or understanding of GxP compliance-related activities such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
