As the AI Implementations Manager, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of advanced agentic AI systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and fully integrated into enterprise operations. Your focus will be on translating complex business processes into intelligent, automated workflows where AI and human actors collaborate effectively.
What You'll Do
You will take ownership of the entire implementation lifecycle—from aligning technical design with business goals to overseeing production rollout and long-term system stability. You’ll work closely with customers to deeply understand their operational constraints and translate those into viable AI-driven solutions.
You’ll act as the central technical authority during delivery, providing guidance without being the primary developer. Your role includes identifying potential failure points in integrations, data pipelines, edge cases, and scaling challenges before they impact performance. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for both business and IT stakeholders, maintaining clear communication around progress, risks, and critical decisions.
You’ll coordinate seamlessly across Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, and Value Engineering teams, ensuring alignment and accountability. During high-pressure phases, you’ll provide steady leadership—mentoring teams, managing expectations, and reducing friction rather than amplifying chaos. Success will be measured through actual adoption and outcome-driven metrics, not just feature completion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, implementation management, or program leadership
- Direct experience deploying agentic AI, automation, or workflow orchestration systems in production environments
- Proven track record delivering complex, customer-facing enterprise solutions beyond pilot stages
- Hands-on familiarity with AI systems operating at scale under real-world conditions
- Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and customer IT organizations
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
- Background in fast-paced startups or enterprise software companies with scalable delivery models
- Demonstrated judgment in technical decision-making and post-launch system stabilization
