Responsibilities
- Product Maintenance & Development
- Understanding the requirements & estimating the efforts for the same
- Writing and executing unit test cases, support for System Testing and UAT
- Mentoring junior team members
- Responsible for test design, test material preparation, test execution including communication and proactive co-operation proactively with stakeholders throughout the project
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Gives feedback and advise development team by more inputs to ease their defect troubleshooting
- Good in mentoring and guiding team members
