Lead the quality assurance of enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems in a fully remote environment. As a PLM QA Analyst, you will play a central role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Siemens Teamcenter applications used across engineering, manufacturing, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, regression suites, and detailed test scripts for Siemens Teamcenter modules and integrations
- Validate PLM configurations, product data structures, change management workflows, and system interfaces
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with technical teams to verify resolutions
- Ensure release readiness through end-to-end testing across complex enterprise environments
- Contribute to requirement reviews to assess testability and ensure full coverage of business use cases
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including planning, execution, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and refine QA processes over time
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in Quality Assurance, with extensive hands-on experience in PLM systems
- Deep proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter is required
- Proven background in functional testing of PLM workflows, configurations, and integrations
- Strong grasp of QA methodologies, regression testing strategies, and defect lifecycle management
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps for test and issue tracking
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication abilities, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other PLM platforms such as Windchill, Agile PLM, ENOVIA, or Arena
- Exposure to API testing or test automation practices
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries
- Experience validating data migrations or integrations between multiple systems

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers an annual salary range of $108,000 – $128,000 or an hourly rate of $70–$80, with final compensation based on experience, skill set, and geographic market rates. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA with company contribution, life and disability insurance, 401k with matching, and paid time off. Both compensation models include comprehensive benefits for employees and dependents.
