Mindrift is hiring a Senior Python Systems Developer for a specialized project centered on functional testing and migration tasks for AI systems. You will focus on building robust testing frameworks and leveraging modern tools to enhance development velocity and code quality.

What You'll Do

Create functional black box tests for large codebases across various source languages.
Create and manage Docker environments to ensure 100% reproducible builds and test execution across platforms.
Monitor code coverage and configure automated scoring criteria to meet industry benchmark-level standards.
Leverage LLMs like Roo Code and Claude to accelerate development cycles, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall code quality.

What We're Looking For

Senior-level Python development skills.
Deep experience in functional testing.
Strong Linux skills.
Strong Docker skills.

Nice to Have

Ability to read code across multiple languages (e.g., C, Rust, Go) with the support of LLMs.
Experience translating requirements for migration tasks.
Confidence using tools like Roo Code or Claude Code to accelerate iterative development.
