Project information The PSB Hub manages billing, collections, and accounting functions for partnering, business, wholesale, and accounting value streams. It handles B2B billing, verifies TDG invoices with partners, and serves business customers and wholesale clients. Comprised of 13 teams, the Hub works closely with business units to drive customer impact, focusing on cloudification, system modernization, and agile practices. The SK PSB Team is responsible for planning, product development, application operation, and DevOps of Billing and Reselling services, like Service Delivery Platform and Subscription Server. The Service Delivery Platform application is the backbone for partner connectivity, handling identity management, online payments, subscription services, and more across all Deutsche Telekom European markets. It empowers partners like Netflix, Disney, Google, and Apple to integrate seamlessly, so Telekom customers can subscribe to services or make purchases directly via their Telekom bill. The Subscription Server manages recurring subscriptions for prepaid services, non-content bundles (e.g., SMS/data), and partner options like Netflix or Disney+, with Deutsche Telekom as the contractual partner under a reselling model. Purpose Senior QA Automation Engineer works as technical lead within QA and test teams and oversees all aspects of software and product testing and quality of development within the company. This includes developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports. Holder of the position leads evaluation of test automation tools and technologies used most appropriate to the project and the transition of testing in various phases of testing process from a manual to an automated approach to minimize the manual test effort. Also, leads the team and is responsible for building test automation frameworks and supports QA teams with QA know-how. Senior QA Automation Engineeer is responsible for definition and update of company quality standards to meet high satisfaction of customers, and for implementation of test frameworks, test architecture and setting up continuous integration in a CI/CD pipeline and leads the entire QA process on one or multiple projects, which includes pre-testing analysis, appropriate software testing and test automation, post-testing analysis from start to finish. Holder of the position is responsible for making sure all released products meet company and industry quality standards and stays current on modern processes, established tools, techniques, and technologies and ensures high degree of quality. Senior QA Automation Engineer has good overview about DevOps methodology and Scaled Agile Framework or similar frameworks and methodologies. Key accountabilities - Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters. - Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures. - Leading evaluation of tools and technologies most appropriate for test automation on one or multiple projects. - Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture. - Create overall test architecture within continuous integration in a CI/CD pipeline - Overseeing the drafting of testing documents. - Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process. - Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement. - Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures. - Conducting analysis checks on product specifications. - Identify key KPIs for product quality. - Reviewing Quality Assurance reports. - Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market. - Responding to requests from the design team and management. - Mentor and support QA Automation Engineers and testers in test automation related tasks and evaluate their progress in regards to test automation and support test team with automated testing know-how.
