About the Role
Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites to ensure the reliability and performance of a large-scale reselling platform. Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve overall product quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications
- Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to identify testable requirements
- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, report, and track software defects
- Ensure test coverage across functional and non-functional aspects
- Contribute to test planning and strategy development
- Perform root cause analysis of test failures
- Support manual testing efforts when needed
- Optimize test execution speed and reliability
- Monitor application behavior in staging and production environments
- Participate in code and test case reviews
- Improve test data management practices
- Document testing procedures and results
- Stay current with evolving testing tools and methodologies
- Assist in performance and regression testing
- Work closely with product owners to understand feature goals
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and team retrospectives
- Help onboard new QA automation team members
- Evaluate third-party testing tools for potential adoption
- Promote a quality-first mindset across the team
- Troubleshoot environment-specific test issues
- Support release validation and deployment activities
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce or reselling platforms
- Knowledge of end-to-end testing in distributed systems
- Familiarity with behavior-driven development (BDD)
- Certifications in software testing
- Experience with mobile application testing
- Exposure to AI-based testing tools
- Background in telecommunications systems
